Pauwels Consulting is seeking an IAM/IGA specialist to support the implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration tool for a major client in Brussels. You will inventory applications, map authorizations, and coordinate with stakeholders to design a coherent access management framework.

The role requires expertise in RBAC/ABAC, data quality, and business/functional analysis, with fluency in Dutch or French and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in identity management focusing on Role Modeling, Asset Modeling, RBAC, and ABAC.
• 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis within complex IT environments.
• Proven track record in Data Quality management and structured technical documentation.
• Strong experience coordinating diverse contributors and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous, and a collaborative team player.
• Fluency in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Our client, a leading organization in the public transport sector, is looking for an expert to support the implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool as part of their compliance roadmap. The role focuses on inventorying application authorizations and coordinating with stakeholders to design a structured and coherent access management framework.
