Flowtech Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Manager to lead water treatment and commissioning for HVAC across multiple projects in Belgium. You will report to senior management, define flushing and commissioning strategies, and ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

This is a full-time / secondment opportunity for EU citizens, offering a rotation-based working schedule.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in HVAC commissioning, testing and balancing.
• Engineering qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services with related experience.
• Professional certifications in commissioning or project management (CxA, PMP) preferred.
• Health & safety accreditation and field leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead commissioning strategy for HVAC projects, aligning with client requirements.
• Plan activities, allocate resources across sites and manage schedules.
• Oversee testing, balancing, documentation and handover packages.
• Mentor supervisors and field staff; manage client relationships.
