Loop Earplugs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a next‑generation physical product from concept to market. You’ll fuse customer insights, data, and technical trends to define a compelling product vision, aligning design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to deliver a breakthrough wearable.

You’ll collaborate across functions, drive a clear roadmap, and mentor other PMs, while spending 3–4 days on‑site with hands‑on hardware development in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer electronics, wearables, or physical products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience delivering 0→1 physical products—from concept through manufacturing to market.
• Strong ability to translate customer insights and market data into a clear product vision.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across design, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial.
• On-site presence 3–4 days a week for hands-on hardware development.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision using customer insights, market data, and technical trends.
• Build the business case and roadmap to guide development and align stakeholders.
• Lead trade‑off decisions across design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Anticipate late‑stage challenges (regulatory readiness, tooling and production readiness, quality iteration) and manage resolution.
• Set success metrics and track impact to guide improvements.
• Mentor other PMs and contribute to Loop's product management craft.
