Televic Conference is seeking a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to own the complete hardware lifecycle from concept to production. You’ll translate product requirements into robust, high‑reliability hardware for mission-critical communications used in Parliament and international venues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of hardware development for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems.
• Experience of EMC/EMI design principles.

Responsabilités

• Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions.
• Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems.
• Multi layer PCB design (up to 12 layers).
• Component selection /processor platform decisions / high-speed interfaces.
• Direct contact with distributors along with procurement.
• Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully bring products to market.
• Support the transition from prototype to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable and testable.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share your expertise and act as a trusted technical reference within the hardware team.

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle of our products, from concept and architecture to validation and industrialization.

You will:
