TFC Advisory, Brussels-based international investment holding, is seeking a Sr. Investment Manager to serve as the right hand of the Head of Growth and drive deployment of energy transition champions across Europe.

You will source, analyse, execute and monitor growth investments, lead due diligence, structure transactions end-to-end and contribute to portfolio governance while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in growth equity, PE, M&A or VC with end-to-end deal leadership.
• Masters degree in economics, management, finance, law or engineering; MBA/CFA a plus.
• Experience in energy transition sectors is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; French preferred; other EU languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify, originate and evaluate growth investments in energy transition and adjacencies.
• Build a proprietary network to support differentiated deal flow.
• Lead due diligence and financial modelling; structure and negotiate transactions.
• Prepare memoranda and present to Investment Committee.
• Support portfolio governance and value creation; mentor junior team members.
