Job summary

MindCapture BV is seeking a Senior GMP Project Manager to define an end-to-end Grade D flow within a regulated manufacturing environment, on site in Antwerp. The role focuses on process mapping, stakeholder interviews and aligning teams to establish a clear project direction while incorporating GMP requirements, design criteria and cleanroom material flows.

The successful candidate will manage complex projects, engage senior stakeholders, and translate findings into compelling, decision-ready

Qualifications

• GMP experience in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to structure and coordinate complex projects.
• Experience analysing and visualising end-to-end processes.
• Confident engaging different functions and facilitating stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear management presentations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with senior management.
• Knowledge of material flows into cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future Grade D processes end-to-end.
• Gather requirements and input from stakeholders.
• Define project scope, approach and next steps.
• Ensure GMP considerations in discussions and design criteria.
• Define material flows into cleanroom environments.
• Coordinate functions and align on proposed approach.
• Translate findings into clear materials for senior management.
• Maintain structure and momentum throughout the prep phase.
• Build support across stakeholders without formal authority.
