Aon Belgium in Diegem is seeking a Medior to Senior Broker Liability to join our dynamic insurance team. You will manage and develop a diverse client portfolio across General Liability and related lines, acting as the lead advisor on risk strategies and coverage, while collaborating with Aon’s global resources.

The role requires a strong background in liability insurance, multilingual capability, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions for national and international clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Economics, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 3–10 years of liability insurance or related experience.
• Proven relationship-building with clients and markets.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English; tri-lingual preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of working both in a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage, maintain and develop client portfolio with liability expertise.
• Act as lead advisor understanding client business and risk strategies.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies to deliver solutions.
• Draft policy wordings and service national and global programs.
• Stay updated on regulations and market conditions.
• Build relationships with clients, insurers, and Aon resources globally.
