Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Global Master Data Finance Service Delivery, to strengthen Master Data processes across multiple locations, including Diegem, Belgium. The role requires independent execution, strong finance knowledge, and support for audits and improvements while coaching junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting or finance master data.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, controls and data quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Global Finance Master Data activities including GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Exchange Rates.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of Master Data and related processes.
• Resolve complex Master Data issues and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Perform reviews to identify data-quality risks and drive resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and projects for better data delivery and controls.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and support audits and regulatory requests.
• Support month-end activities and deadlines, with attention to control gaps.
• Coach junior colleagues on Finance Master Data responsibilities.
