Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Analyst, Global Finance Master Data, for the Diegem location in Belgium. This entry-level role supports the Global Finance Master Data process functions, handling GL Accounts, Profit Center, and other master data tasks within defined standards.

You will work in a multi-country setup supporting DePuy Synthes integration considerations. Total compensation includes base pay with annual bonus potential, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field (university degree).
• 0–2 years of experience in a Financial Reporting function or similar background.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Finance Master Data is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order in line with standards.
• Perform day-to-day operations of Financial Master Data team.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end reporting and adherence to controls.
• Identify and rectify errors; support audits and regulatory requests.
• Manage system access and documentation; assist in process improvements.
