UCB is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for global clinical development programs from Phase I through IV. Based in Anderlecht or other UCB sites, you will shape development strategies, manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams while maintaining patient-centricity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global clinical programs and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH-GCP, regulations and quality standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, feasibility, and risk management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, coaching and presentation skills in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational strategy and execution for global clinical development programs from Phase I through Phase IV.
• Develop and deliver program timelines, budgets, forecasts, and key milestones.
• Drive feasibility assessments, site strategies, and recruitment plans to support study delivery.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Champion patient-centricity, DE&I initiatives, and innovative approaches in clinical development.
