Planet Pharma is seeking a senior clinical operations leader to drive indication-level programs from strategy to execution across Phase I–III. You will partner with medical and scientific leaders to shape endpoints, timelines, and study strategy, delivering global programs across multiple regions.

In this role, you will guide end-to-end program delivery, oversee trial execution across regions, contribute to CDP and TPP, and support regulatory interactions including INDs and global submissions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of line management experience within Clinical Operations and biotech clinical leadership.
• Strategic leadership in developing and executing global clinical development plans, including CDP and TPP.
• Experience collaborating with MDs and scientific teams to define endpoint strategies and translate them into operational delivery.
• End-to-end program leadership across Phases I–III through to commercialisation, including contributions to approved products.
• Strong experience with IND and global regulatory submissions.
• Experience leading programs across US, EMEA, LATAM, and JAPAC.
• Effective team leadership with the ability to motivate and deliver quickly.
• Collaborative, flexible communicator with pragmatic, non-hierarchical approach.

• Contribute to clinical development plans (CDP) and target product profiles (TPP).
• Support regulatory interactions, including INDs and global submissions.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and delivery at pace.
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep programs on track.
