Vivid Resourcing is helping a market-leading professional services organisation in Belgium drive its Generative AI transformation. You will build GenAI applications with Python and LLM APIs, turning PoCs into scalable production solutions for major enterprise clients.

We seek 5+ years in software/data/ML/AI, strong Python, and practical GenAI experience. Hybrid working and access to extensive AI tech make this a compelling step for senior engineers moving into AI leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in software, data, ML or AI engineering.
• Proven experience with LLMs / Generative AI.
• Understanding of RAG and AI agents.
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
