Médiane Benelux is seeking a seasoned IT functional analyst for a long-term mission in a complex railway IT environment. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, delivering user-centric solutions and aligning stakeholders with development teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT functional analysis, strong UML capabilities, and extensive documentation experience. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data flows and system architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in functional analysis within IT environments.
• Strong experience in documentation (functional analysis, use cases, processes).
• Proven ability to model systems using UML.
• Solid understanding of data flows and application architecture.
• Experience in integration testing and UAT.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process models.
• Act as the interface between business units and IT teams.
• Support developers throughout the implementation phase.
• Participate in integration testing and UAT validation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet functional expectations.
• Provide user support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
