Act Digital is seeking a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join a long-term project in Belgium. The role covers front-end architecture, API design, back-end development, and security-focused coding.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions, implement CI/CD pipelines, and write clear technical docs. English required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development with front-end and back-end integration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Node.js and MySQL.
• Ability to design scalable software and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of security, input validation, authentication and logging.
• Experience with CI/CD and containerization.

Act Digital is looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join a long-term project.

TASKS :

• Develop front-end website architecture.
• Design user interactions on web pages.
• Develop back-end website applications.
• Implement core business logic.
• Apply data and security best practices, including input validation, authentication and authorization, secure storage, compliant logging, and monitoring.
• Design and develop APIs.
• Participate in the design and creation of scalable software.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Write clean, functional code on the front-end and back-end.
• Compile and analyse data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform unit and integration testing, debug, fix, and validate code changes.
• Deliver solutions that fulfil functional and non-functional requirements and align with user expectations.
• Write technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain features across the entire stack, from designing user interfaces and consuming APIs to implementing server-side business logic and database interactions.
• Deploy and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
• Bridge the gap between front-end and back-end developers, facilitating communication and ensuring cohesive integration of all system components.
