In4Matic is seeking an experienced full-stack .NET developer to join a multidisciplinary agile team in a bilingual environment in Belgium. You will design, develop and maintain .NET applications, collaborating with developers, testers, BAs, and the Scrum Master to deliver high-quality functionality.

Responsibilities include translating analyses into tech specs, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to process improvements. 5+ years in .NET and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, socially skilled, proactive, and able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Translate functional analyses into technical specifications and support validations with the business analyst.
• Investigate and resolve second-line technical issues and provide support to colleagues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes, software quality, and technical practices.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and unit tests for stable development, testing, and production environments.
• Work closely with the agile team in a SAFe context to deliver software iteratively and incrementally.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including junior developers’ docs, and share knowledge within the team.
