EngiFlex, a Belgian SME, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer / DevOps Engineer in the Brussels area with strong Python and cloud expertise. You will contribute to the technical development of digital applications and services, focusing on scalable architectures and operational excellence.

Role covers backend and frontend tasks with CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments on Google Cloud, and AI‑assisted testing. Remote work is possible; a company car and career development budget are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior full‑stack developer with DevOps mindset.
• Strong Python, cloud architecture and deployment capabilities.
• Comfortable across frontend and backend with data architecture knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the technical build of applications, including APIs, UI and data platforms, working with IT lead.
• Advise on suitable technologies, tools and architectures for initiatives.
• Support business analysis with technical feasibility insights.
• Apply best practices for scalability, maintainability and reusability across modules.
• Promote high‑quality development standards through documentation and structured coding practices.
• Contribute to AI‑based regression testing and automation initiatives.
