Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced .NET backend developer to join a public-sector IT department in Brussels. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using C# and .NET Core within an agile SAFe environment.

You will translate requirements into technical specs, resolve complex issues, and implement CI/CD pipelines with automated tests. The role includes mentoring junior developers and requires Dutch or French language proficiency with English as a passive

Formación

• 8+ years of backend development with C# and .NET Core.
• 3+ years in Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with SQL and REST API development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proactive, autonomous, and analytical.
• Native Dutch or French with elementary English knowledge.

Our client, a major organization in the public sector, is looking for an experienced developer to join their multidisciplinary IT department. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality .NET applications within a collaborative agile environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and validate them with stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and provide second-level incident support.
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines alongside unit testing to ensure environment stability.
• Collaborate within a SAFe agile team to deliver software iteratively and incrementally.
• Mentor junior developers by reviewing technical documentation and sharing domain knowledge.

• 8+ years of experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• You have experience with SQL and REST API development.
• You bring experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• You possess a Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• You're proactive, autonomous, and possess strong analytical skills.
• You are native in Dutch or French with elementary communication skills in the other and passive knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Blazor.
• Knowledge of gRPC and messaging patterns like NServiceBus.
• Familiarity with the SAFe framework.
