Job summary

Neurho Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and support web applications that manage public lighting assets in Belgium. You join a product team responsible for design, development, testing, releases, and incident support.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, develop with .NET and Angular, and help the product owner break down features. Strong Azure experience and Dutch language proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience developing .NET applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and feasible solutions.

• Write unit tests and support integration, system and acceptance testing.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to develop and support web applications that manage public lighting assets and processes. You will join a product team with end-to-end responsibility for its applications, from design and development through testing, releases and incident support.

Your role

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, assess feasibility and prepare technical designs.
• Develop, maintain and optimise web applications using .NET and Angular. Contribute to application architecture and code quality.
• Estimate work and help the product owner break down features.
• Investigate incidents and technical issues, and propose sustainable solutions within agreed service levels.
• Write unit tests, support integration, system and acceptance testing, and document technical work.
• Work with the product owner, analysts, developers, testers and other stakeholders in Agile ceremonies and knowledge sharing.
• Follow change and release processes, support deployments and monitor quality, risks and production stability. Releases may occasionally require work outside office hours.

You have

• At least five years of experience developing .NET applications.
• At least five years of experience with .NET Core or later.
• Experience with NHibernate.
• At least three years of development experience on Azure.
• At least five years of web development experience with jQuery.
• At least five years of web development experience with HTML.
• At least five years of web development experience with CSS.
• At least five years of experience with Angular 2 or later.
• Knowledge of and experience with Entity Framework.
• Dutch at C2 level.

• Experience in asset management, in public lighting or a comparable domain.
