Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading European bank to hire a Senior Data Scientist focused on fraud detection. You will design and continuously improve models, turning massive transactional data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Fraud, Risk & Compliance teams to deter financial crime.

This is a hands-on, risk-aware role requiring leadership in ML and graph analytics. You’ll join a team that probes new attack vectors, builds detection strategies, and implements scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ideally in financial services / fraud.
• Supervised & unsupervised ML, anomaly detection, graph/network analysis.
• Fluent English (no Dutch/French required).

A leading European bank is scaling its AI Tribe and looking for a Senior Data Scientist who lives and breathes fraud detection.

This is a hands-on role building the models that stop financial crime before it happens - combining machine learning, graph analytics, anomaly detection and behavioural analytics on large-scale transactional data.

You'll be:

• Designing and continuously improving fraud detection models
• Turning huge volumes of transactional data into actionable fraud intelligence
• Uncovering new attack vectors and building detection strategies with Fraud, Risk & Compliance teams

You'll bring:

• 5+ yrs in data science, ideally in financial services / fraud
• Supervised & unsupervised ML, anomaly detection, graph/network analysis
• Fluent English (no Dutch/French required)

Brussels-based, ~50% on-site. Open to all nationalities with the right to work in Belgium - relocation candidates welcome.
