Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Manager in Forensic & Financial Crime to lead investigations, drive strategic compliance initiatives, and protect organizations from evolving financial threats. You will mentor a team and advise executives on emerging risks and controls.

You will work in a hybrid, Belgium-based environment with engagement across regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and external counsel, bringing deep analytical and leadership capabilities to complex multi-jurisdictional cases.

Qualifications

• Forensic accounting expertise and fraud investigation experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge incl. AML/CFT and sanctions.
• Leadership experience in complex environments and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end forensic investigations into fraud and financial crimes.
• Design anti-fraud frameworks and risk-based controls.
• Mentor and develop a team of forensic specialists and analysts.
• Advise senior leadership and liaise with board, regulators, and auditors.
