Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations, to join our international Consolidations team. You will support monthly and quarterly consolidation processes across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy of intercompany eliminations and reporting packages.

You will collaborate with regional finance teams, maintain controls, and contribute to standardization of processes in a multinational environment. Proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP and advanced Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, consolidation or reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations and entries.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for management and statutory purposes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations of consolidated results.
• Help establish and maintain best-in-class consolidation processes and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure timely submissions and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations supports the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial results for DePuy Synthes across four regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada). This role plays an important part in ensuring financial integrity across legal entities by supporting consolidation activities, variance analysis, and reporting and analytics. The position offers exposure to global finance operations, with opportunities to build strong reporting expertise within a complex, multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for management and statutory purposes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations of consolidated financial results.
• Help establish and maintain best-in-class consolidation processes and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial submissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and governance requirements.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward qualification (preferred)
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation
• Foundational knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with financial data and reporting systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial analysis tools
• Ability to meet deadlines in a structured reporting environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting consolidation, statutory reporting, or audit activities
• Exposure to IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization
• Familiarity with consolidation or ERP systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, OneStream)
• Professional accounting qualification and certifications

Other

• Language: Proficiency in English required
• Travel: Minimal travel expected (<10%)
