HumanInTech in Brussels offers a senior network security role focusing on F5 Advanced Web Application Firewall infrastructure. You will manage, monitor and evolve security controls, respond to incidents, and advise on secure connections with partners.

The role requires at least 5 years of IT security experience and strong technical and communication skills. The assignment runs with a hybrid work arrangement in Brussels, open to freelance or employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT security experience.
• Experience installing, configuring and managing F5 AWAF infrastructure (APM, ASM, LTM, Identity Provider, SSL VPN).
• Proven ability to monitor security and manage crisis situations (attacks, intrusions, viruses).
• Technical risk analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of network/firewall and VPN/proxy solutions; experience with log correlation tools.

Responsabilités

• Join the network and security team to manage and evolve F5 and AWAF infrastructure.
• Develop, document and monitor security policies for applications and IT environments.
• Continuously monitor security state and respond to incidents and threats.
• Provide crisis management during attacks, intrusions and virus detections.
• Advise on technical solutions for secure connections with partners via intranet and internet.
• Perform technical risk analyses and address identified vulnerabilities.
• Produce technical documentation and incident/crisis reports.
