Job summary

Hager Group is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager EVCS in Belgium to drive multi-channel GTM and OEM opportunities across the EV charging sector. You will define sales targets, manage contracts, and coordinate with the market area and BU to align initiatives.

You will engage with OEMs and e-mobility partners, monitor market trends, and feedback insights for product and marketing strategies, representing Hager at industry events.

Qualifications

• EVCS domain expertise and strong network within OEM/e-mobility.
• 8–10 years of sales/account management experience.
• Mandatory EV charging business experience; automotive/utilities/OEM exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and activate multi-channel GTM and OEM EVCS opportunities.
• Define and drive EVCS sales targets and maximize annual volume purchasing contracts.
• Deliver growth in orders and revenues across new channels and accounts.
• Own customer needs and coordinate with Hager Group functions to resolve issues.
• Build relationships with OEMs, e-mobility partners, and industry stakeholders to grow market presence.
