Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting, and budgeting for EU Technical Services.
• Define KPIs for revenue, margin, and operations; drive performance.
• Improve systems, processes, and content for efficiency and scale.
• Manage resources, structure, and priorities to meet objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for major clients; drive proposals and engagements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Oversee risk, governance, and quality across projects and teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports; set annual goals and reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to pursue new opportunities and client meetings.
• Travel may be required; support HR and Talent Acquisition as needed.
