Planon seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise SaaS implementations across EMEA, from early scoping through go-live. You will define delivery approaches, govern execution, and align stakeholders to ensure predictable outcomes.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, mitigate risks, and balance customer ambition with scalable delivery. Fluency in English and Dutch is expected, with French or German a plus; PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in complex external project environments (enterprise SaaS or ERP).
• Proven ability to translate complexity into structured delivery plans.
• Strong governance, planning, and senior stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex international SaaS implementation projects from early scoping and planning through go-live across EMEA.
• Define delivery approach, governance, and implementation structure with enterprise customers.
• Translate ambiguity into clear scope, aligned stakeholder expectations, and structured delivery plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including consultants, architects, offshore resources, and partners.
• Manage senior stakeholders and proactively prevent risks and escalations through governance and alignment.
• Protect Planon’s standard product model by balancing customer ambition with scalable implementation.
