Meta4ce, part of De Cronos Groep, seeks an Enterprise Architect to build EAaaS models and align them with clients' strategic initiatives. You will interface with senior leadership to shape enterprise objectives and craft modernization roadmaps that translate business goals into technology actions.

You will evaluate initiatives from risk and impact perspectives, rationalize the application portfolio, and guide strategic projects toward long-term innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in Architecture (Business or Information or Application).
• Excellent Dutch and French communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide senior stakeholders in strategic roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating business strategies, internal/departmental processes, IT development processes and suggesting improvements.
• Creating business architecture models reflecting organizational strategies and goals.
• Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
• Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
• Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
• Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Ensuring efficiency, security, and support of organizational goals.
• Determining and implementing build-vs-buy strategies; mentoring personnel.
• Serving as Enterprise Architect to define portfolio roadmaps meeting business needs.
• Coordinating multiple assignments, organizing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Assisting in Architecture Review Board processes and pipeline reviews.
• Demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills across the organization.
