Q8Truck is seeking an Integration Lead to own the API and integration landscape across Antwerp/Rotterdam, driving architecture, governance, and the roadmap with internal teams and external partners.

You will lead API and integration designers, developers, suppliers, and stakeholders through the full lifecycle, from analysis to operations, ensuring secure, scalable, and future-proof integrations.

Fluency in English and a track record of managing complex integration programs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of API integration and development experience.
• Strong API design and integration expertise with scalable architectures.
• Experience with API management platforms and ESB / iPaaS like WSO2, API Connect, Apigee, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Proven track record leading teams, budgets, and complex projects.
• Excellent communication to connect business and technology in English.
