Job summary

Brevco Services in Belgium seeks an experienced IT Identity and Access Management specialist to lead installations and operations of Active Directory Federation Services and Microsoft Identity Manager across large multi-forest environments.

You will implement policies, manage DNS and gMSA accounts, develop MIM rules, and collaborate with development, security, and operations to ensure incident resolution and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology (Mandatory).
• 10+ years in Enterprise IT with Directory Synchronisation Services (Mandatory).
• 10+ years in Active Directory and Federation Services in large multi-domain/forest environments (Mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Synchronisation Engine (Mandatory).
• Experience with Global Address List synchronization across domains (Mandatory).
• Experience in AD Group Policies, DNS configuration and gMSA accounts (Mandatory).
• Programming in C#, PowerShell, VBScript (Mandatory).
• Maintaining Microsoft Active Directory in large multi-forest environments (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Supports NATO Exercises as required.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Identity Management issues focusing on MIM.
• Install, operate, maintain and central administer AD FS and Directory Services and MIM.
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams.
• Apply IAM and Directory Synchronization best practices.
• Incident management and customer issue resolution.
• Develop new MIM Management Agent rules as needed.
• Contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Provide expert guidance to enable operational procedures.
• Plan and implement maintenance, configuration and installation tasks for AD/ADFS.
• Implement disaster recovery procedures for AD environments.

• Graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering institute or professional body
• Experience in an information technology (IT) assignment, with focus in Identity and Access Management
• 10+ years of experience of working in an Enterprise environment installing and maintaining Directory Synchronisation Services
• 10+ years expertise in implementation and maintenance activities of Active Directory and Federation Services in large enterprise environments consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory Domains and Forests
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), with particular emphasis on the Synchronisation Engine in a large multi-forest environment
• Experience with Global Address List synchronization across different domains
• Experience in implementing configuration and security settings through AD Group Policies and troubleshooting related incidents
• Experience of Implementing DNS configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience in creating and implementing gMSA accounts and troubleshooting related incidents
• Programming experience in C#, Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript
• Experience in maintaining Microsoft Active Directory in large multi-forest environments
• Experience in operating systems such as Windows 2016/2019/2022/2025
• Experience with software life-cycle activities
• Experience in supporting and advising SMEs (Subject matter experts) and Project Managers during all stages of project life cycle on topics related to Directory and Federation Services and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment, and to work in cross functional teams

DUTIES/ROLE:

• Supports NATO Exercises as required
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Identity Management, with focus on MIM synchronization engine
• Responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and central administration of Active Directory Federation Services and Directory Services and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance on
• Identity and Access Management & Directory Synchronization best practices
• Incident Management – fix issues reported by Customers
• Development of new MIM Management Agent rules as required
• Provide solutions for Continuous Service Improvements
• Provides technical expertise to enable the correct execution of operational procedures
• Contributes to the planning and implementation of maintenance, configuration and installation tasks for the operational Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services environments
• Implements disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity for all managed Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services environments
