Nalys is a Belgian consulting and recruitment partner dedicated to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Join a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Brabant Wallon to lead Capex projects from design through qualification and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will ensure GMP compliance, drive safety leadership, manage interfaces between utilities, process equipment and facility systems, and report to Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• You have solid experience as a Project Manager on Capex/engineering projects within pharmaceutical, biotech or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• You bring proven skills in team building and stakeholder management across client and contractor organizations.
• You have a strong EHS leadership mindset and lead by example on safety.
• You are comfortable communicating confidently at all levels, from operational teams to senior steering committees.
• Experience with clean utilities systems and/or industrial washing/cleaning equipment is a strong asset.
• You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• You are available to work on-site in Brabant Wallon.

Responsabilités

• Lead Capex projects through design, execution, commissioning and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align client and partner stakeholders.
• Champion EHS excellence and safety across all phases.
• Own project communications from Steering Committee to site level.
• Manage interfaces between utilities, equipment and facilities for a smooth handover.
• Anticipate risks and drive timely decisions to protect schedule and budget.
• Ensure deliverables meet GMP and regulatory expectations.
