The Chemours Company seeks a Sr. EHS Consultant to join the Workplace Safety Center of Excellence at our Wilmington, Delaware HQ or at one of our manufacturing sites.

The role leads analytics and program support for Workplace Safety initiatives, translating data into actionable insights that strengthen decision‑making, risk management, and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years of EHS experience, with proficiency in ETQ Reliance, Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant EHS experience in chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of EHS management systems, regulatory requirements, auditing processes, and risk management programs.
• Experience supporting development and continuous improvement of EHS standards, training, or related elements.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience with ETQ Reliance, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an EHS analytics and reporting resource, providing data analysis, performance trending, actionable insights, and decision-support tools to COE leads and site teams.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate EHS data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and manage EHS dashboards, reports, scorecards, and management review materials.
• Manage Corporate EHS systems, including document management of policies, standards, and guidelines, training materials, and resources.
• Support governance and continuous improvement of EHS reporting tools and digital platforms, including Power BI, ETQ Reliance, SharePoint.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system adoption.
