Fujitsu is seeking a Senior ECM & Digital Platforms Solution Architect to lead the architecture, integration and governance of an enterprise content management ecosystem within a large-scale digital transformation. The role covers Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, Autodesk Vault, ACC and related business applications.

You will ensure compliant document management, security, performance and scalability while collaborating with Information Architects, project teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Content Management, Information Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation programs involving multiple enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with one or more ECM / DMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Vault and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS architectures.
• Knowledge of BIM and engineering environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Understanding of access management and information protection.
• Strong architectural, analytical and integration capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the target architecture for ECM platforms.
• Design solutions integrating SharePoint Online, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other business applications.
• Ensure technical consistency across the document management ecosystem.
• Provide architectural expertise to programs and projects.
• Conduct architecture reviews and validate technical choices.
• Supervise implementations delivered by project teams and vendors.
• Support technical experts and facilitate architectural decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, availability, scalability and auditability.
• Contribute to the ECM and digital transformation roadmap.
• Assist project managers with estimations, risk analyses and migration plans.
• Participate in solution and vendor selection.
• Contribute to architecture committees and IT governance bodies.
