Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Senior Director, Agentic AI and Clinical Trial Platforms to lead a multidisciplinary AI organization and translate strategy into scalable production systems for global trials.

You will own the AgentOS platform, drive AI/ML architecture and deployment, and partner with product, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact, compliant AI solutions that improve trial efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience leading AI, ML, data science, or software teams in tech environments.
Proven ability to build leaders, create accountability, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Hands-on cloud-based AI/ML platform design and deployment experience, AWS preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams delivering AI solutions.
Own delivery and governance of AgentOS as a reusable enterprise platform.
Drive architecture, development, and deployment of AI agent platforms.
Oversee multimodal AI services using clinical trial data sources.
Mentor leaders and foster a culture of innovation and execution.
Partner with product, clinical, regulatory, and technology stakeholders to prioritize AI opportunities.
Define and measure business outcomes from agentic AI adoption.
Lead cloud-based AI/ML services, preferably AWS SageMaker.
Establish best practices for AI platform engineering and MLOps.
Ensure scalable, secure, compliant AI solutions aligned with clinical standards.
