IC Resources in Brussels is seeking an experienced Digital IC Team Manager to lead a highly skilled digital design group. You will own a team working on complex projects, driving products from concept through silicon production and shaping technical direction.

You will provide both technical leadership and people management across digital design, verification and implementation, focusing on quality, efficiency and execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital IC design.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of digital design flows and verification methodologies.
• Experience on SoC, sensor or mixed-signal projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of image sensor development is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Leading and developing a team of digital IC engineers working on advanced semiconductor products.
• Supporting project delivery by providing technical guidance, resource planning and risk management.
• Driving improvements to design flows, methodologies and development processes.
• Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Managing team growth, performance reviews, mentoring and hiring activities.
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and longer-term strategic planning.
• Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
• Monitoring project and departmental budgets to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently.
