Job summary

Almaviva de Belgique is seeking a senior cloud architect to lead DevSecOps implementations, cloud infrastructure, and secure, scalable deployments. The role spans design, automation, and governance across a hybrid Belgian team and international collaborations.

You will drive pipeline sophistication, cost optimization, and secure architecture while aligning with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in an International Organization.
• 5 years with Docker, AWS CDK, ECS, ECR.
• 7 years AWS networking: VPC, VPC peering, Direct connect, Security groups, Shield advanced, WAF.
• 7 years AWS security: AWS Config, Security Lake, Control Tower, IAM role, Cognito, Shield advanced.
• 3 years monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• 1 year static code analysis with CDK_NAG.
• 17 years development languages (Python, YAML, Bash, Java, TypeScript).
• 7 years lead architect for cloud platforms AWS.
• 5 years implement SSO on AWS console.
• 7 years Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK).
• 2 years Amazon Q / AWS Kiro
• 4 years WebLogic and Oracle DB
• 2 years WildFly and PostgreSQL

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and monitor DevSecOps pipelines using pipelines-as-code with integrated quality gates.
• Automate deployments with progressive delivery strategies and feature flagging.
• Manage deployment and setup of services and applications for production.
• Provision, scale, and maintain infrastructure with IaC and drift detection.
• Implement monitoring and observability aligned with SLOs for performance and health.
• Coordinate incident management with on-call rotations and post-incident reviews.
• Perform performance tuning for applications and infrastructure.
• Integrate security into CI/CD and manage secrets and least-privilege access.
• Design internal developer platforms with golden paths and guardrails.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and FinOps cost optimization.
