LACO is seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer to lead the design and optimization of Databricks and Spark solutions in a modern cloud data environment.

You will build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, implement best practices for cloud architecture and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Azure, Spark (PySpark/Spark SQL), Python, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and cloud-native architectures.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
