Belfius is looking for a Data Steward in Brussels to manage and govern critical risk data. You will work across teams to enhance data quality and ensure compliance with BCBS 239 regulations.

The role requires several years of experience in data management or governance within a banking environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with fluency in English and preferably French and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of banking data, particularly risk data.
• Fluency in English required, strong knowledge of French and/or Dutch preferred.

• Ensure business-critical risk data is properly governed.
• Work with Data Owners to define and document data concepts.
