Avertim is seeking a Senior Data Governance & Transformation Lead to drive large-scale data and business transformation programs. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating stakeholders and directing governance, data management, and operating models across the organization.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, coordinating business, IT, procurement, and compliance teams, while ensuring adoption of new processes and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, data governance, program management, or management consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Data Governance, Data Management, or Process Excellence is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are valuable assets.

Responsabilités

Your Role

As a Senior Data Governance & Transformation Lead, you support organizations in designing and delivering large-scale data and business transformation initiatives. You help bridge the gap between strategy and execution by ensuring that data, processes, and governance frameworks enable sustainable business performance.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you coordinate stakeholders, structure complex transformation programs, and drive the adoption of new ways of working across the organization.

What will you do?

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, data governance, program management, or management consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Data Governance, Data Management, or Process Excellence initiatives is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are considered strong assets.
