Avertim is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Consultant to drive performance improvements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. You will coach and challenge operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations and a strong background in Operational Excellence.
• Certified Lean Green Belt or Black Belt; solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement tools.
• Strong understanding of CAPA management within GMP-regulated environments.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in project management; able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a consulting context with strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.

Your Role:

As an Operational Excellence Consultant, you will drive performance improvement initiatives within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
