Avertim is seeking a Senior Data Governance & Transformation Lead to design and deliver large-scale data and business transformation initiatives. You bridge strategy and execution, ensuring data, processes, and governance enable sustainable performance.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you coordinate stakeholders, structure complex programs, and drive adoption of new ways of working across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation or data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• English fluency; Dutch and/or French are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end data and business transformation initiatives across stakeholders.
• Define and implement governance frameworks and data management strategies.
• Translate business requirements into processes, workflows, and data solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and steering committees with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Drive change management for new processes and systems.
• Deliver clear reporting and presentations for executive management.

As a Senior Data Governance & Transformation Lead, you support organizations in designing and delivering large-scale data and business transformation initiatives. You help bridge the gap between strategy and execution by ensuring that data, processes, and governance frameworks enable sustainable business performance.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you coordinate stakeholders, structure complex transformation programs, and drive the adoption of new ways of working across the organization.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end data and business transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Define and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and data management strategies.
• Translate business requirements into tangible processes, workflows, and data solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate business, IT, procurement, compliance, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
• Drive change management activities to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Deliver clear reporting and presentations for project teams and executive management.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, data governance, program management, or management consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Data Governance, Data Management, or Process Excellence initiatives is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are considered strong assets.
