In4Matic is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to strengthen how data is understood, documented and governed across the organization. This hands-on role blends data analysis, metadata management, and practical governance implementation.

You will map ownership, refine governance frameworks, and translate stakeholder inputs into actionable documentation and process descriptions. Dutch proficiency is highly valued for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis, governance, and metadata management.
• Experience with data quality, BPM, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to translate complex info.
• Dutch language at CEFR C2 level is preferred for collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document datasets, data sources, metadata, and data flows.
• Map data ownership and responsibilities across the organization.
• Develop and refine data governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Identify data quality issues and define remediation actions.
• Translate stakeholder information into clear documentation and overviews.
• Register datasets and metadata in data catalog tooling like Collibra/OpenMetadata.
• Support governance implementations within business processes.
• Contribute to BPM and drive adoption of governance practices.
