Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a seasoned data engineer to architect and run a threat-intelligence platform. You will design and maintain ingestion pipelines, normalize heterogeneous feeds into a single schema, and write Python scripts to automate the platform and integrate with security monitoring.

You will define dissemination rules, enforce data quality, and contribute to cyber threat information standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years of related experience, or 10 years of progressive expertise in this kind of work.
• Strong background in data pipelines, schemas and metadata management.
• Experience leading data-focused operations and projects using data engineering tooling.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines ingesting threat information from diverse sources.
• Develop Python scripts to automate platforms and integrate with security monitoring.
• Define and implement dissemination rules and data quality controls such as deduplication and provenance.
• Lead platform operators during exercises, manage information flow and user access.
• Prepare and deliver online training and build training packages to prove objectives are met.
• Document taxonomies, galaxies and best-practice data entry guidance.
