In4Matic in Belgium seeks an experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the end-to-end Microsoft Fabric implementation, design a Medallion Architecture, and build scalable data pipelines with Python notebooks in production settings.

You will integrate Power BI DevOps practices, coach the internal data team through workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to long-term ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL/ELT systems in production environments.
• Hands-on data engineering, not only architecture design.
• Strong communication and ability to mentor and coach teams.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end Microsoft Fabric implementation from setup to production.
• Design and implement Medallion Architecture within Fabric.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Python notebooks and Fabric tools.
• Integrate Power BI DevOps practices into data development workflows.
• Deliver coaching, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to the internal team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to long-term ownership.
