Job summary

Sia Partners in Belgium is seeking Senior Consultants specializing in Data Architect solutions to lead client engagements, design robust data pipelines, and drive value from strategy to execution. You will work with Databricks, Snowflake and Azure, mentor junior staff, develop thought leadership, and help grow our data engineering offerings across industries.

Fluency in Dutch is required; German or French fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data-related field with substantial programming.
• Stack includes Databricks, Snowflake and Azure.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner with clear communication and entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluency in Dutch; German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and co-design data engineering solutions.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure delivery from strategy through execution.
• Develop and enhance Data Engineering offerings via training and publications.
• Represent Sia at events and contribute to thought leadership.
• Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.
• Mentor junior to medior consultants and oversee deliverables.
