Talencia is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst for a Brussels-based banking client. This hybrid role starts ASAP for an initial 6-month contract with potential extension to 2027.

You will join the banking data team to transform complex datasets into reliable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development, data extraction, and database modelling skills, and be comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Senior Data Analyst with banking domain exposure is preferred.
• Strong SQL development and data modelling skills are essential.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Responsabilités

• SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for financial and customer data.
• Data Modelling: Design and maintain relational and dimensional data models for banking needs.
• Database Analysis: Review existing structures and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Data Analysis: Explore datasets and derive meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Business Intelligence: Create analyses, reports, and dashboards for management and operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Data Storytelling: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
