Senior CSRD Analyst — Sustainability & Data Governance

Everience Benelux is guiding a CSRD sustainability reporting program in the financial services sector. You will analyze the CSRD framework, define disclosure needs, and coordinate data gap assessments with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.

You will run stakeholder sessions, keep the project plan up to date, and report progress through governance forums while applying industry best practices to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a related role.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Dutch: excellent; French: good; English: excellent (working language).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel datawork.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Knowledge of ESG/ESRS reporting is a bonus.
• Experience with change or project management methodologies and PM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Get up to speed on the CSRD framework and its impacts.
• Review disclosure requirements and identify what needs to be implemented.
• Assess data needs and support gap analysis.
• Set up and run stakeholder sessions across Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance, Sustainability, HR.
• Maintain project plan, roadmap and governance; report progress.
• Track progress against deadlines and support stream leads.
