Robert Half is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant for a permanent role in Groot-Bijgaarden. You will coordinate accounting activities and lead month-end and year-end closes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Accounting/Finance, have 5+ years of accounting experience, and are fluent in English and French. The role offers an international environment, tax compliance oversight, and opportunities to drive ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in preparing financial statements.
• IFRS and local GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP implementations or system improvement projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations and GL processes.
• Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance within scope.
• Manage tax compliance, audit support and statutory reporting.
• Support business projects, process improvements and integration of new entities.
• Coach accounting team and collaborate with stakeholders.
