Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering)
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting/industry role
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Experience in communicating complex ideas to varied audiences
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support data‑driven decisions
• Interest in applying analytics and AI to drive sustainability and business impact

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and shape solution blueprints via workshops and mock-ups
• Prepare and validate data: mapping, extracting, cleaning, enriching, feature engineering
• Design and automate interactive dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools
• Conduct statistical analyses and exploratory data investigations to derive insights for decision making
• Translate technical findings into clear presentations for non-technical audiences
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply innovative analytics approaches
• Provide guidance to business users and teams to leverage data effectively
