Job summary

Rhox in Brussels is seeking a senior concept designer to turn user and business needs into digital concepts across web, mobile apps and employee interfaces. You will lead stakeholder ideation, synthesize insights from testing and analytics, and draft low-fidelity wireframes while guiding UX/UI teams.

The role requires a Mobile First mindset, strong storytelling, and ownership of concepts through the product lifecycle, with fluent English and French or Dutch at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Experience developing ideas independently and facilitating stakeholder ideation.
• Balance user needs with business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model).
• Mobile First and accessibility mindset.
• Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize findings into narratives.
• Clear briefing, active listening and effective stakeholder management.
• Ownership of concepts throughout the product lifecycle.
• English (C1) in comprehension, speaking and writing.
• French or Dutch, B2 comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder ideation to gather requirements and define initial concepts.
• Synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative testing, benchmarking and data analytics.
• Structure information architecture and draft low-fidelity wireframes.
• Document research, testing and end-to-end user flows in concept reports.
• Assess proposed solutions against existing metrics.
• Support UX/UI designers as validated concepts move into refinement.
