Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community management or executive engagement.
• Experience managing professional or executive networks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the community growth and engagement strategy.
• Manage member onboarding (interviews, member selection, retention, and advocacy programs).
• Facilitate executive roundtables, webinars, and networking events.
• Curate and publish Finance-focused thought leadership content.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Track and report on engagement, retention, satisfaction, and ROI metrics.

We are hiring a Senior Community Manager - to join our team in Belgium!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Community Manager to lead the growth, engagement, and value creation of an exclusive network of finance executives. The role is responsible for building a highly engaged executive community that fosters peer learning, thought leadership, networking, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the community growth and engagement strategy.
• Manage member onboarding (interviews, members selection, retention, and advocacy programs.

Who we look for :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community management or executive engagement.
• Experience managing professional or executive networks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communicator, you express yourself fluently in French, Dutch, and English
• MS office (Excel, Power point, word), CRM, AI (Claude, ChatGPT,..), Youtube, Instagram; LinkedIn
• Excellent presentation skills since you are dealing with C-level stakeholders
• Very strong interest for finance related topics
• Team player, able to work effectively with all stakeholders (internal and external)
