Accenture Belgium seeks a Senior Infrastructure Migration Expert to lead large-scale cloud migration programmes for enterprise clients, guiding discovery through hypercare and owning the migration strategy end to end. You will coordinate offshore/onshore teams, manage risk and escalations, mentor engineers, and contribute to tooling and capability development.

Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch is required; you will interact with CxO-level stakeholders and align migrations with business

Qualifications

• Extensive cloud migration experience at enterprise scale across multiple clouds.
• Deep mastery of migration strategies and tooling.
• Strong infra knowledge across virtualization, storage, and monitoring.
• Solid Linux/Windows administration in cloud environments.
• Good networking knowledge and security best practices during migrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional migration teams.
• Ability to define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration programmes: discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and hypercare.
• Define and own migration strategies covering lift-and-shift, replatforming, and refactoring.
• Define waves, sequencing, and cutover plans for complex environments.
• Architect target-state infrastructure and oversee IaC provisioning across multi-clouds.
• Coordinate offshore/onshore delivery teams and manage blockers.
• Drive post-migration activities and transition to RUN teams.
